In order to ignite fireworks in the Netherlands, a permit from the Province or environmental service is required.
This permit can only be applied for by a specialized fireworks company. In Belgium, a permit must be requested from the local municipality.
Applying for a fireworks permit
For a permit application there is a statutory period of at least 14 days to 14 weeks, depending on the type of fireworks and the number of fireworks used in the fireworks show.
In most cases, this can be done within 14 days. So involve us in time for your event or festival.
